We are part of the Hap Seng Group of Companies, a progressive and well-established public listed Company with diversified businesses in plantations, property investment and development, credit financing, trading of fertilizers and automotive, as well as building materials and stone quarries.  We seek a qualified and resourceful Malaysian to be part of our team as :

1. CHIEF AGRONOMIST; Lahad Datu (Sabah)

Responsibilities: 

  1. To oversee the overall operation of the Agronomy Department
  2. To be conversant in designing, conducting, analyzing and reporting research trials mainly on oil palm.
  3. To conduct leaf and soil sampling

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Agricultural Science or related Biological Sciences
  2. 5 – 7 years experience in an oil palm Research and Advisory role
  3. Computer literate
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

2. COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE Lahad Datu (Sabah)

Responsibilities: 

  1. Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and legal documents
  2. Advise the Management team on legal matters to minimize risk impact to the Plantation Division.
  3. Drafting, reviewing and endorsing legal documents
  4. Liaise with Head Office Compliance Department on legal matters

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Law (LLB) with Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP)
  2. Minimum 5 - 7 years working experience in legal practice
  3. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  4. A self-starter with an innate drive for achievement, a high degree of integrity, independent, a good team player, able to manage change, strong analytical, planning and organizing skills
  5. Resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently

SERVICE TECHNICIAN & EXECUTIVE (Petaling Jaya / Penang / Melaka / Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:

  1. Candidates are required to perform technical and service repair on home electronic products such as TV, Digital Camera, Fridge and other home appliances products.
  2. Must be well verse in electronic PCB trouble shooting and repair.
  3. Able to support and train a network of authorised service dealer.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
  2. For Service Executive position, candidates with Degree would be an added advantage.
  3. At least 2 years of relevant experience in consumer electrical products servicing.
  4. Full time positions are available in Petaling Jaya, Penang, Melaka & Kota Kinabalu.
